I got a great deal here on a new car! Love the car, and everyone was nice. The only thing I'd like to bring to the attention of the staff is that I felt a little disrespected. I'm a young woman and it seemed as if the sales associate helping me (not Chad, he was the manager at the time) was always speaking directly to my boyfriend, not to me. Keep in mind, the car was purchased by me with my money for me to drive! It was slightly off-putting for him to not direct conversation towards me, even when talking about payment options. I'm the one paying, after all! Overall, it was still a good experience and I think my problem had more to do with the individual, not the company as a whole. I would still recommend Morrie's!
I just purchased a used 2006 Pontiac Montana from Morrie's Buffalo Ford and it was a wonderful experience. Amber Engle met me at the door with a smile and pulled the vehicle right up to the door for me to look at it. I loved the vehicle as soon as I saw it but was concerned about a clunking noise in the steering. She said that she would get Brett Kramer to ride with me and that he would likely know the cause. He said it was the intermediate steering shaft needing lubrication and I agreed then with Amber and Brett to buy the vehicle if their shop could do that for me. They agreed but said I would have to come in the following Monday since the shop wasn't able to on Saturday. I thought that sounded good since I had to bring the title for my 2005 Crown Victoria that I was trading in back with me anyway. I was very pleased with that part of the experience as well since I have never had any dealership offer me anything even remotely close to what my vehicle was worth, so I have always sold them myself. Not so this time. they gave me just below what I had hoped at best to make from the sale of my vehicle but now I didn't have the hassle of having to list it, meet buyers, refuse the low-ball offers, etc. Monday came and I brought it back as agreed but I was a little worried that since they hadn't given me anything in writing that they would not honor the agreement to service it for free. Fortunately they are people of their word and got me in as quick as possible. Shaun (I think his name was) and another gentleman I do not know also tracked down Brett who was in a meeting to verify that I need not pay for it and get the appropriate paperwork so I didn't have to. The shop not only greased the steering shaft but tightened up the steering and did an alignment all for free! If that isn't good enough customer service, they even washed it for me before they have it back! This was certainly one of the best buying experiences I have ever had of any kind and easily the best I have had with any dealership. Way to go Amber, Brett, and Morrie's of Buffalo team, you're a class act!

My name is Heather. I contacted Morrie's Ford in Buffalo by email regarding a vehicle that was not pictured on their website. I was contacted right away by phone by Jim Zabel. He said the vehicle was just received as a trade and that he would push it through inspections so I could drive it the next day and see what I thought. Well he followed through and I test drove the vehicle and had my fiancée check the vehicle out later that day too. I ended up buying it! Jim was very easy to work with! He was knowledgeable and very kind! I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision to buy my vehicle right away. Jim is great to work with! I will be returning to Morrie's!!
I had a great experience when I bought my new used truck. I was helped by Tom and right from the first hand shake I could tell I was dealing with a professional. He new every question I had about the truck without hesitation. I'm local resident and its great to see such a good dealership in town.

Just bought a 13 edge, everyone there was friendly. Barry wad my salesperson and couldn't have asked for a better one! He answered the few questions I had. He also didn't try to "sell me" something else. Excellent experience!
I had a great buying experience at Morries Buffalo Ford. They gave me a good deal on my trade in, they also had a very good selection of used vehicles. I was able to find the vehicle that I wanted and fit in my budget.
